1. Platform Scope & Non-Advisory Software Classification
Raksha Trades Journal (“Platform”, “We”, “Us”) is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application providing Automated Post-Trade Execution Review, Trade Journaling, and Behavioral Risk Analytics for self-directed traders.
Mandatory Regulatory & SEBI Compliance Notice:
- Raksha Trades Journal is NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor (RIA), Research Analyst (RA), Portfolio Manager, or Broker.
- The Platform DOES NOT provide buy/sell calls, stock tips, trading signals, target prices, or asset allocation advice.
- All analytics, R-multiple calculations, and behavioral scores (including the Raksha Score) are computed strictly retrospectively from historical trade data uploaded or synced by the user for self-evaluation and educational review.
- Trading in financial markets (Equities, Futures & Options, Forex, Commodities, Crypto) involves substantial risk of capital loss. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
2. Subscription Plans, Pricing & Payment Gateway Processing
- Solar System Access Tiers & Institute Access: We offer an Orbit Free Registration tier (₹0, up to 10 trades, Composite Raksha Score dial visible) and three paid Solar System tiers: Mercury Plan (₹299/month or ₹2,899/year — 50 trades), Mars Plan (₹499/month or ₹4,499/year — 100 trades, 1 Live Sync, all 4 Pillars: Trade Management, Risk Management, Behaviour Management, and Portfolio Management), and Jupiter Plan (₹999/month or ₹8,999/year — 300 trades, 3 Live Syncs, all 4 Pillars detail, and Deep Behavioral Diagnostics). Through the Admin Panel, customized plan access can also be assigned to individual traders and partnered Trading Institutes/Academies. - Promotional Codes (% Discount & Free Trial Days): Raksha Trades Journal supports two official promotional code mechanisms managed via the Admin Dashboard: (a) Percentage (%) discount promo codes applicable to individual Solar System plans, and (b) Free Plan Trial promo codes granting a selected plan (Mercury, Mars, or Jupiter) free of charge for a specified number of days. Promo codes are subject to validity windows and maximum redemption limits.
- Authorized Payment Processing & Ledger Sync: All payments are processed securely through authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (including official Cashfree Payment Forms). Every completed payment, promo redemption, and plan assignment is recorded in your account history and synchronized with the Admin and Sub-Admin management portals.
- Taxes & Invoicing: Displayed prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes unless stated otherwise. A downloadable invoice is available upon every successful transaction.
3. Refund, Cancellation & Cooling-Off Policy
In compliance with payment gateway guidelines and consumer protection norms, our cancellation and refund terms are clearly defined below:
Instant Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or switch your subscription at any time via Profile Settings → Subscription or by contacting customer support at support@rakshatradesjournal.com or calling +91 9652780108. Upon cancellation, your account retains full access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Eligibility
Because we provide a free 10-trade Orbit Free account to evaluate the software before subscribing, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle commences. However, if you experience a verified technical defect preventing statement import/review or an accidental duplicate charge via Cashfree, you may request a 100% full refund within 7 calendar days of the transaction.
Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours and credited back to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking) within 5–7 business days as per banking and Cashfree settlement timelines.
4. User Data, 10-Minute Session Auto-Logout & Read-Only API Usage
When you upload trade statements (CSV, Excel XLSX, HTML) or connect broker APIs (e.g., Angel One, Zerodha, MetaTrader 5 reports), you grant Raksha Trades Journal permission to parse and analyze those trade records solely to render your personal Trade Review Dashboard, Max Loss (%), Expectancy (%), and 4-Pillar Raksha Score.
- We never execute orders, modify positions, or withdraw funds from any connected broker account.
- 10-Minute Session Security Standard: To protect your account on shared or trading desk terminals, authenticated sessions automatically expire after 10 minutes of inactivity unless extended by active user interaction.
- Your uploaded trade history and behavioral reflections remain strictly private and encrypted. We never sell or share individual trader ledgers with third-party marketers or brokers.
5. Merchant Information, Governing Law & Grievance Redressal
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of India.
