1. Information We Collect

• Account Identity & 10-Minute Session Protection: Name, email address, phone number, and authentication credentials required to secure your Raksha Trades Journal workspace. All active dashboard sessions enforce a default 10-minute auto-logout timer to protect your financial privacy.
• Trade Review Data: Historical trade statements (CSV, XLSX, HTML), manual trade entries, multi-currency account baselines, and read-only MT5/cTrader execution logs uploaded or synced by you to calculate your Raksha Score across our 4 ordered pillars (1. Trade Management, 2. Risk Management, 3. Behaviour Management, 4. Portfolio Management), Max Loss (%), and Expectancy (%).
• Payment & Promo Telemetry: Subscription transaction IDs, promo code redemptions, and billing status provided by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partner (Cashfree Payments) and synced to our Admin/Sub-Admin audit ledger. We never store raw credit card numbers, UPI PINs, or bank passwords.

2. Strict Confidentiality of Your Trading Ledger

Your trading strategies, win/loss history, setup tags, and psychological reflections are your proprietary intellectual property. Raksha Trades Journal never sells, rents, or shares your trade logs or personal data with brokers, hedge funds, prop firms, or advertising networks.

3. Data Encryption & Deletion Rights

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. You maintain 100% control over your data and can permanently purge your trade ledger or delete your account at any time using the Reset Ledger or Delete Account controls in your workspace, or by contacting our Data Protection Officer directly at support@rakshatradesjournal.com or calling +91 9652780108.
